1. Who we are and how to contact us
The operator of your personal data is HOMEX GLOBAL LLP (BIN 230940001116), Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty. Contact for data-protection inquiries: hello@homex.kz, +7 777 396 87 60. In this document, “Homex”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator and the homex.kz platform.
2. What we collect
We collect only data necessary to provide the service. Categories:
- Name, phone number, email, IIN (individual identification number). The IIN is used only when submitting a mortgage application or apartment booking for a developer contract; it is never stored in plain form and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
- Saved residential complexes and apartments, viewing requests, bookings, mortgage applications, history of interaction with the service.
- IP address, device type and browser, session identifiers, country/city by IP (for security and analytics), cookies and web beacons.
3. Why we use it
To provide and run the service (catalog, personal account, booking, mortgage calculator); to contact you about a submitted request; to send essential service communications; to ensure security and prevent abuse; to improve the product based on anonymized analytics; and to comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on the Republic of Kazakhstan Law on Personal Data and Their Protection No. 94-V of 21 May 2013, your consent (when you submit a request or register), necessity to perform a contract, and the operator's legitimate interests (security, analytics).
7. Retention period
Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for processing purposes. The standard period is 5 years from your last interaction with the service, or until you withdraw consent (whichever comes first). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. How we protect data
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Internal access follows the principle of least privilege, with audit logging. Servers are located in Kazakhstan. We conduct regular security audits and apply current protection measures.
9. Your rights
At any time you may:
- obtain information about what data of yours we store;
- correct or supplement data if it is inaccurate;
- request deletion of data or withdraw consent;
- restrict or stop processing;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
- file a complaint with the authorized Kazakhstan personal data protection body.

10. Children
The service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you learn that we have received a child's data, please notify us — we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the service after an update, you agree to the new version.
